Have you read our FAQ’s?

  1. You’ve bought your Simba Hybrid Mattress directly from between 00.01am on 03.12.18 and 5pm on 21.12.18
  2. You’re within your claim period.
  3. You will have received an email from Simba telling you your claim period start and end dates.
  4. Tip: This is a 14 day period that starts 2 weeks after you bought your mattress
  5. You have your unique claim code ready to input

Gifts can take up to 30 days to arrive. If you’ve chosen your gift and received a confirmation notification and you’ve not waited 30 days, then don’t worry your order is being processed. If you’ve supplied a UK mobile phone number you’ll get a DPD update to tell you when your delivery slot is – you can also select a number of alternative delivery options including having gifts delivered to DPD pick up stations where available.
