You are eligible for this free gift if you are over the age of 18 years old, live in the UK and if you purchased Simba Hybrid® Mattress from Simba.com between 00.01am on 3rd December 2018 and 5pm on 21st December 2018. You won’t be eligible for this gift if you bought your Simba mattress outside of this time period.

You’ll need to wait 14 days after buying your qualifying product and then visit simbachristmasgift.com. Once you’re ready to claim you’ll have 14 days to do so – don’t worry Simba will send you an email with your Unique Claim Code and your claim period clearly stated.

Once your claim period is open you will need to visit simbachristmasgift.com

For you to claim just follow these simple steps:

  1. Once you’ve bought your qualifying Simba product, we’ll send you an email within 48 hours which will include
    1. Your claim period start and end dates
    2. Your Unique Claim Code
    3. The website URL you need to go to
  2. When your claim period has opened go on the promotional website com
  3. Enter your Unique Claim Code
  4. Once your Unique Claim Code is validated you will be able to choose your free gift
You will only be able to choose your gift if you have a valid Unique Claim Code and your claim period is open.

If you have completed all the steps, checked that your details are correct but you still can’t successfully claim, please drop us a line via our contact us form and we’ll be happy to help.

Unfortunately if you don’t claim your gift within the 14 day claim period, your code will expire and you will no longer be able to claim your gift.

If you have lost your email but you are valid customer, please gather all the information you will need for us to track your account and contact Simba Customer Support at simba-tech@tlcrewards.com

The gift choices are one of the following:

  • Lumie Bodyclock Glow 150
  • Amazon Echo Dot 3rd Generation (Charcoal)
  • Fitbit Alta HR (black, small or large)

Only the Fitbit Alta HR has a size choice which is between large and small, please see size guide below

No, so please be sure to think carefully before confirming your gift choice. It is final and you will not be able to change it.

You cannot return or exchange your gift for another once it has been confirmed.

When choosing your gift we will ask you to enter a preferred postal address – this can be any valid UK mainland address (it does not have to match the address your Simba product was dispatched to). Once you have entered your address you cannot change. Deliveries of gifts are made by DPD courier Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. If you supply a mobile phone number you will receive delivery updates and can even link this to the DPD app to get additional information and notifications

We aim to deliver your gift as soon as possible but please allow up to 30 days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm so please consider which address you supply.

Yes. Deliveries are made via DPD courier. If you supply a mobile phone number you will receive tracking updates and can select safe place delivery (See DPD terms here). If you download the DPD app you can also track using this too.
