- This Promotion may be redeemed by customers who purchase a Simba Hybrid® Mattress (excluding Simba Cot Mattress and Simba Bunk Mattress) between 09.00 am on 3rd December 2018 and 10.59pm on the 17th December 2018.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of purchasing their Simba Hybrid Mattress, which will contain their unique claim code which is required in order to redeem the free gift.
- Following receipt of the unique claim code customers will not be able to redeem their gift for 14 days ("Wait Period").
- Following expiry of the Wait Period, customers can claim their free gift by accessing the following website: simbachristmasgift.com and inputting their unique claim code and choosing their gift.
- Customers will be required to input their personal and delivery details and place an order for their chosen gift.
- Such order must be placed by the customers within 14 days of the expiry of the Wait Period. After such time the Promotion will no longer be redeemable and the customer will not be entitled to receive a free gift.
- Delivery will be carried out by DPD to the address specified by the customer during the gift ordering process.
- Customers will receive delivery tracking information via text message to the valid UK phone number provided during registration process and or placement of the gift order.
- Customers will receive a text message the day before delivery is scheduled as a reminder, as well as a text message on the day of delivery with a specific one hour delivery time slot.
- In the event that a customer who has received a free gift, returns their Simba Hybrid mattress pursuant to Simba's 100 night trial, the customer will have the option to either (i) return their gift (still boxed and not unused) to Simba and receive a full refund, or (ii) keep their gift and have the full value of the gift (as set out in the rightmost column of the table below) deducted from their refund.
- Where a customer returns a used or unboxed gift with their Simba Hybrid Mattress, the value of that gift will still be deducted from the refund.

- How to participate:
- You must purchase a Simba Hybrid® Mattress during the promotional period from www.simbasleep.com
- You will receive an email from Simba within 48 hours of your purchase of the qualifying product to confirm your eligibility and details on how to claim your gift, including:
- Redemption site URL
- Your Unique Claim Code which will be used to validate your claim
- Your claim period start and end date (this begins 14 days after your purchase)
- After completion of the 14-day waiting period, you will be eligible to claim your gift. You must visit the promotional website at com within 14 days of the waiting period ending and complete an entry form with your Unique Claim Code. Once validated you will be able to choose your gift.
- You will be asked to confirm your postal address and mobile number for delivery.
The gift is a choice of one of the following:
- Fitbit Alta HR (colour black, choice of small or large size)
- Amazon Echo Dot (3rd Gen, charcoal fabric)
- Lumie Bodyclock Glow 150
- The choice of colour and size is subject to promotional availability and while stocks last.
- One claim can be made per Simba Hybrid Mattress. For the avoidance of doubt a customer who purchases multiple Simba Hybrid Mattresses will be eligible for a gift in respect of each mattress up to the maximum of 3 units total.
- Gift choices are final and cannot be amended after confirmation.
- Gift claim confirmation email will be sent to the email address supplied during gift choice – Emails will come from firstname.lastname@example.org
- The Promoter and the Administrator accepts no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator and will not be obliged to honour the Offer in such cases.
- Your gift will be delivered to the postal address provided by you within 30 days of choosing your gift. Deliveries will be made via DPD. If a valid UK mobile number is supplied tracking details will be sent. Deliveries will be made Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm. See full terms of DPD service here.
- If a gift item is currently out of stock or there are delays you will be notified via email. You may be offered the option to change your gift. Gifts are subject to promotional availability.
- The Promoter and Administrator reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don't comply with these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to replace the gifts with one or more of equal or greater value and of the same or similar type (health or leisure technology) in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Gifts are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, with the exception of Simba ‘product bundles' which will be eligible for a gift, provided there is a mattress in the ‘product bundle'.
- In the event that a customer who has received a gift, returns their Simba Hybrid mattress pursuant to Simba's 100 night trial, they will have the option to either (i) return their gift (still boxed and not unused) to Simba and receive a full refund, or (ii) keep their gift and have the full value of the gift deducted from their refund (£119.99 for Fitbit Alpha; £49.99 for Amazon Echo Dot and £90 for Lumie 150). Where a customer returns a used or unboxed gift with their Simba Hybrid Mattress, the value of that gift will still be deducted from the refund.
- The Promoter and Administrator make no representation or warranty in relation to the gift provided and to the fullest extent permitted by law we shall have no liability to you in relation to any gift, its fitness for purposes, merchantability or otherwise.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, neither the Promoter and the Administrator, nor its agents or distributors will, be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability, any personal loss or injury occurring whilst using the Offer, neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the Offer and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

- Whilst we'll try and fulfil our obligations to run the Offer smoothly, we'll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control. By entering the Offer you accept these terms. The Promoter and the Administrator's decisions are final and we reserve the right not to enter into detailed responses to you.
- Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
